The “ You Are Enough” support group series offer small support groups for a variety of concerns such as overcoming trauma, peer support, family, relationships for returning citizens and those in long term recovery journeys.

What are you doing for yourself this weekend. Coffee and Conversation Respite Selfcare group is a safe space created for women only to come relax, relate to each other and release the tensions of the week. Join us for Coffee or tea, some brunch and a workshop dedicated to your wellbeing. It's your 2 hours to use as you wish.
