The Metamorphosis Women's Empowerment Selfcare Saturdays Coffee and Conversations is a 2 hour Respite Selfcare Group specifically designed for women to indulge in taking time to rejuvenate their mind, body and soul over a cup of coffee, breakfast and great conversation in a safe space. Then attend a mini workshop on selfcare topics to help continue your respite at home. ( No men , no children....This is just for you) Every Saturday 11am-1pm.

The Sherman Theater and the Pocono Chamber of Commerce present the Latin Fusion Fest to be held in Courthouse Square, Stroudsburg on Saturday, July 9 from 2:00 to 6:30 PM. This free community event celebrates the sights and sounds of Latin and Caribbean cultures. There will be live music, food, vendors, and fun! Admission to the Latin Fusion Fest is free to the public.

The Metamorphosis W.E.I & Passion for Christ Church Community Women’s Health Fair will feature free and low-cost diagnostic services, giveaways, and resources. The event will take place at Dansbury Park, East Stroudsburg, PA from 10:00 am to 4 pm. We have several organizations such as Lehigh Valley Health Network, Adagio Health, The Lupus Foundation of America, and a host of other health-based services participating to support by offering free screenings, products, and information.
