Sierra McCown serves Metamorphosis as the IT manager and is responsible for all things marketing, branding, and tech. For the last three years, she has been working with service providers to elevate their business and amplify their impact and now sierra is transferring her skills over to help aid the Metamorphosis mission. Sierra prides herself in being a psychology-driven brand strategist and designer who has unapologetically created her own lane by realizing her purpose and passions at a young age. Now she is dedicated to helping other women to do the same no matter their age or background.
