Sometimes a metamorphosis requires a physical change of some sort. The MWEI Healthy Lifestyle Initiative is a safe haven for anyone who wishes to morph into a healthier lifestyle. Through collaborations with community healthcare organizations , nutrition experts, trainers and support groups, we will support each other through the challenges of changing to healthier eating, engage in wellness activities, exercise and conversation to promote happier healthier tomorrows. Physical activity is often one of the hardest commitments to keep when making lifestyle changes, often because we think it's too hard, we don't want to do it alone or we're not motivated. This is why we want to do it with you. You don't have to run marathons or 5 miles a day just begin with walking a few extra steps a day and make a friend or two along the way with our healthy Lifestyles walking group.
