
Rebirth Project
The Metamorphosis Rebirth Project of the Poconos was designed to empower, encourage and support women through the post recovery/ reentry process by providing a safe haven for them to obtain supportive services, mental health resources, and peace of mind after rehabilitation and reentry to the community. By addressing 5 crucial areas (Safe space, Healthy Lifestyle, Motivation/self fulfillment, Positive Community Involvement and Self sufficiency) we aim to assist in creating a positive post recovery/reentry experience.

Safe Space
To provide a safe space for clients to receive assistance, support and services to help them avoid triggers minimizing relapses into old habits.
Healthy Lifestyle
To address and encourage a healthy lifestyle, by providing assistance with food insecurity and essential items through the Everybody Eats Project, promoting physical health and wellness and good mental health by helping clients to gain health equity through strategic relationships with various community health organizations to obtain healthcare and services for disease prevention and promotion of physical well being.


Motivation/Self Fulfillment
To assist clients with developing personal goals to achieve self fulfillment. This will give clients a reason to look forward to a new day, a new beginning and feel motivated to do something productive and fulfilling, establishing a sense of purpose.
Community
Provide assistance to clients to build a community which includes a network of resources, relationships and positive social outlets which will provide encouragement, enrichment, hope and support for success in the recovery process.


Self Sufficiency
To empower clients of the Rebirth Project, during the recovery/ reentry process to be able to remain functioning personalities in society by developing their talents, skills and confidence to obtain and maintain gainful employment and lucrative income streams by participation in the M.W.E.I. Job Readiness Program creating path to self sufficiency.
The Everybody Eats Project
, A 501(c)3 Not For Profit organization, addresses and assists in reducing food insecurities by providing emergency nutritional assistance and hygiene products to families of underserved and low income communities affected by various stability challenges with a goal of reducing hunger and illness.
The “ You Are Enough” support group
A series offering small support groups for a variety of concerns such as overcoming trauma, peer support, family, relationships and more.
Chrysalis Resource Center Job Readiness Program
offers workshops, training courses and services created to prepare participants for entry, re-entry and excellence in the workforce.
The Dress to Impress Closet
is a free clothing support service available to clients to receive needed clothing for themselves and/or family members for job interviews and everyday needs
